Provides specialized administrative, technical, and analytical support for an SCAO division and/or division director to ensure the effective running of the unit. Verifies the alignment of work products with the Judicial Department’s and division’s policies, procedures, and rules, as well as the director’s scope of responsibilities, authority, and priorities. Assists the director with a wide variety of matters to ensure the smooth running of the division, including calendaring, budget development and management, data compilation and analysis, preparation for daily activities and meetings, anticipation and coordination of supplies, logistical arrangements, equipment, and resources, and related activities.

This position follows a hybrid work schedule, with a minimum of three in‑office days and up to two remote days each week, coordinated according to division needs. On a rotating basis, the Executive Assistant may also provide coverage and support for the SCAO reception desk, so comfort with in‑person, front‑facing service is essential.

Education and Experience Equivalency:
High school diploma or G.E.D.
OR
Additional work experience in these or other related fields may be substituted on a year for year basis for the required formal education.
