Works independently under general supervision and may guide newer staff.

From the Judicial Clerk I, Judicial Clerk II, and Judicial Clerk III requisitions, we will fill one position within this series based on the district's hiring needs and the qualifications and relevant experience of the selected applicant.
Work requires the occasional direction of helpers, assistants, seasonal employees, interns, or temporary employees. The work performed by majority of employees is semi complex.
Work may require providing advice to others outside direct reporting relationships on specific problems or general policies. Contacts may require the consideration of different points of view to reach agreement. Elements of persuasion may be necessary to gain cooperation and acceptance of ideas. Interactions have limited impact.
Employee normally perform assignments after receiving general instructions as to methods, procedures, and desired end results. High school diploma or G.E.D
At least 1 year of experience as a Judicial Clerk I or Court Judicial Assistant for the Colorado Judicial Department.
OR
At least 1 year of relevant work experience in a position similar to the Judicial Clerk I position.
