Are you ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role as the Executive Assistant (EA) for the Dean of the School of Journalism and Communication (SOJC)? In this role, you will be responsible for orchestrating a wide range of administrative activities within the SOJC, from managing the calendar of events to handling correspondence, meetings, expense reports, internal and external relations, development activities/events, and providing confidential executive support to the Dean. You will also take charge of managing the Dean’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, events, travel, interviews, and necessary preparations for each.
Your role as an EA will position you as a vital communication link, frequently interacting with other units within and outside the SOJC.
