CLEAR is seeking a proactive and detail oriented Executive Assistant to support our CEO and drive the business forward. In this role, you’ll have a unique vantage point across the company, staying closely attuned to the needs of the CEO and the broader organization. You’ll act as a trusted filter, problem solver, and operational unlock—ensuring the CEO’s time and energy are spent on the highest-leverage priorities.

What you’ll do:
  • Own and manage a complex, high-volume, ever-changing calendar and scheduling demands with precision and foresight
  • Act as the first line of prioritization for the CEO, triaging requests, communications, and meetings in real time
  • Coordinate and support logistics, materials, agendas, and communications for internal and external meetings
  • Handle all aspects of complex travel planning—flights, accommodations, ground transportation, visas, and documentation
  • Manage and execute personal responsibilities
  • Stay closely connected to team and company priorities; anticipate organizational needs and serve as a pulse-check for the business

How you’ll measure success:

  • The CEO’s time is consistently spent on the most strategic and high-impact priorities
  • Meetings and travel are seamlessly executed, with little to no error or need for rework
  • The CEO feels supported, informed, and well-prepared
  • You proactively identify and implement process improvements that create leverage

What you’re great at:

  • 5+ years of experience as a primary executive partner in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, or relevant experience
  • A master of prioritization and organization- you thrive in complexity and bring clarity to chaos
  • Exceptional communicator across all formats- clear, concise, thoughtful and rooted in data
  • A forward-thinker who anticipates needs and plans several steps ahead
  • Resourceful, proactive, and solutions-oriented- you take initiative and find ways to continuously improve how things get done
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, driven by purpose, and motivated to have a meaningful impact

How You'll be Rewarded:

At CLEAR, we help YOU move forward - because when you’re at your best, we’re at our best. You’ll work with talented team members motivated by our mission of making experiences safer and easier. Our offices are bright and energetic with an open concept and plenty of conference rooms and casual co-working spaces. We also offer catered lunches every day and have fully stocked kitchens. Outside of the office, we invest in your well-being and learning & development with stipends and reimbursement programs.

We offer holistic total rewards, including comprehensive healthcare plans, family-building benefits (fertility and adoption/surrogacy support), flexible time off, annual wellness stipend, free OneMedical memberships for you and your dependents, a CLEAR Plus membership, and a 401(k) retirement plan with employer match.
