Serval, Inc. is seeking an Executive Assistant to act as a force multiplier for the sales leadership team.

You will own scheduling complexity, coordinate logistics, streamline communication, and systematically remove operational friction so the Head of Sales and sales leaders can stay focused on revenue. This role has direct leverage on sales leadership effectiveness, requiring anticipation, sound judgment, prioritization discipline, and operational rigor.

Qualifications

• 2+ years supporting sales leaders or founders; startup experience preferred.
• Advanced calendar management with strong prioritization.
• Proactive operating style — you anticipate needs before they surface.
• High attention to detail while managing multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication; discretion with sensitive data.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex calendars for the Head of Sales and senior leaders.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel end-to-end.
• Serve as a liaison across GTM teams and external partners.
• Improve internal communications and track initiatives.
