Overview

We’re looking for a proactive, highly organized, and resourceful Executive Assistant (EA) to support our 10-person executive team. This is a critical role that acts as the connective tissue across the C-suite and senior leaders, ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently. You’ll be the force that amplifies our executives' productivity by managing complex schedules, communications, and administrative workflows with precision and discretion.

  • Remote or hybrid onsite SF HQ

Responsibilities:

  • Calendar & Meeting Management: Own and optimize complex, dynamic calendars across multiple time zones for 10 executives, ensuring alignment and prioritization of strategic meetings.
  • Travel Coordination: Plan and execute seamless travel—including itineraries, accommodations, and expense reporting.
  • Meeting Support: Prepare materials, take notes, and track action items from meetings.
  • Project Coordination: Help drive forward cross-functional initiatives and track deliverables on behalf of executives.
  • Event Planning: Assist in the coordination of leadership offsites, team events, investor meetings, and other key moments.
  • Operational Efficiency: Identify and implement processes to improve administrative workflows and reduce friction for executives.
  • Confidentiality & Discretion: Manage sensitive information with absolute professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree required.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting multiple senior-level executives, ideally in a startup, tech, or high-growth environment.
  • Ability to juggle numerous priorities without dropping the ball.
  • Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Notion, and project management software.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with attention to tone and detail.
  • Creative problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced, ever-evolving environments.
