Executive Assistant to Chief Financial Officer
Our client, a leading real estate investment and development firm headquartered in NYC, is seeking a poised, professional, and highly capable Executive Assistant to support their Chief Financial Officer. This is a true 1:1 support role offering visibility at the highest level of the organization and an opportunity to be part of a collaborative, high-performing team with a long-term vision.
Location: Hudson Yards, NYC
Work Model: Full-time, Onsite (5 days/week)
Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30/6:00 PM (Flex as needed)
Compensation: $120 – 145k base salary (DOE) + Discretionary Bonus + Full Benefits
We are looking for an experienced and polished Executive Assistant to provide seamless, day-to-day administrative support to the CFO
Ideal candidates will have C-suite experience in similarly demanding, fast-paced industries such as real estate, financial services, or professional services.

Responsibilities include:
• High-level calendar and meeting management for the CFO
• Scheduling and coordination with internal teams, board members, and external stakeholders
• Managing complex domestic and occasional international travel
• Handling expense reports and reimbursements
• Preparing materials for meetings and presentations
• Serving as liaison and gatekeeper on behalf of the CFO
• Occasionally assisting with ad hoc personal tasks or weekend communication for urgent matters
Qualifications:
• 6 – 7+ years of Executive Assistant experience, including at least 5 years supporting C-level leadership
• Experience in real estate, finance, or similarly fast-paced professional environments
• Currently supporting no more than 2–3 senior executives (must be comfortable in a true 1:1 setting)
• Professional polish and discretion are essential
• Stable employment history — no job-hoppers
