Cutting-edge robotics company transforming logistics is looking for an Executive Assistant to support their Chief Business / Financial Officer and Head of Operations. This role offers a unique opportunity to join a mission-driven team making a global impact through innovation. As a partner to the Executives, you'll provide executive support, expertly manage calendars, prioritize critical business initiatives, and coordinate high-level stakeholder meetings that drive financial strategy and business growth. Someone with exceptional communication skills, high horsepower, and experience supporting senior leadership at fast-growing startups. This position is fully in-office based in South San Francisco. 150-190K+ DOE + competitive health benefits, equity, catered lunches, and unlimited PTO.
Responsibilities:
  • Act as a partner to the Executives by managing priorities and creating systems that maximize their effectiveness.
  • Strategically manage complex calendars with business-aligned decision-making and time optimization.
  • Navigate competing priorities with agility, ensuring timely project completion even under pressure.
  • Coordinate and facilitate impactful team meetings that drive outcomes.
  • Arrange comprehensive travel itineraries and agendas, including setting priority meetings with high-value event connections.
  • Drive accountability across leadership by implementing follow-up systems that ensure commitments are met.
Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience supporting Executive leadership (C-Suites/VPs) in a fast-paced, startup environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strategic thinking ability.
  • Proactive, enthusiastic approach with strong initiative.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
  • High emotional intelligence with talent for anticipating needs and offering solutions.
  • Meticulous organizational skills and outstanding attention to detail.
  • Absolute professionalism, confidentiality, and sound judgment.
