  • Assist with general office management tasks (e.g., catering, executive kitchen, pool car scheduling) in collaboration with the administrative team.

Travel & Expense Management

  • Plan end-to-end travel with a high level of care, including flights, reliable ground transportation, appropriate accommodations, meals, work needs, and contingency plans. Gather feedback from CEO during travels to ensure preferences and needs are met.
  • Coordinate with Corporate Security on travel risk, transportation, and appropriate safety support, especially for higher-risk locations or public-facing activities.
  • Prepare detailed itineraries, confirm critical arrangements in advance, monitor changes during travel, resolve issues quickly, and manage expense reporting.
  • Additional job duties may be assigned as needed to meet the needs of the business such as special projects and programs.
