Executive Assistant to CEO - Chief of Staff / Force Multiplier Type Role with Admin Responsibilities

**The Opportunity: Become the Behind-the-Scenes Partner to the CEO of a High-Growth HealthTech Company**

Title: Executive Assistant to CEO

Location: Near Vinings, GA (Hybrid, 2-3 days Per Week)

Reporting to: CEO

This isn’t your typical EA role. This is an opportunity to step into the command center of a mission-driven, PE-backed company at its breakout moment. Why is this role open? Because the last person to hold it was just **promoted** within NPHub. We don’t just offer growth; we prove it.

NPHub is solving a critical challenge in healthcare. Fresh off a $20 million growth investment from Edison Partners and with three consecutive years on the Inc. 5000 list, we are scaling rapidly. Our CEO needs more than an assistant; he needs a force multiplier. Someone who can anticipate needs, drive execution, and operate as a seamless extension of the executive office.

You won't just be managing a calendar; you’ll be shaping the business's cadence. You won’t just be taking notes; you’ll be tracking the execution of our most critical strategic priorities. If you are hungry to learn how a company is built, eager to be mentored by a proven founder, and ready for a role that will be a launchpad for your career, this is your shot.

**Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept It:**

Your mission is to enable the CEO to operate at maximum effectiveness. You will serve as the central nervous system for the executive office, ensuring strategic alignment, flawless execution, and clear communication throughout the entire organization. You’ll bring order to chaos, connect dots that others don’t see, and be a trusted partner in driving the company's vision forward.

**What You'll Own & Achieve:**

1. Day-to-Day Execution and Planning

  • Master the CEO’s calendar and communications, acting as a strategic gatekeeper to protect their time and focus on what matters most.
  • Drive the operating cadence of the leadership team through flawlessly executed daily check-ins, weekly leadership meetings, and quarterly planning sessions.
  • Own high-priority projects from concept to completion, from planning our annual leadership offsite to managing logistics for major industry conferences.
  • Serve as the CEO’s proxy for tracking key initiatives, ensuring cross-functional teams are aligned, accountable, and hitting deadlines.

2. CEO & Investor Relations Support

  • Prepare the CEO for all high-stakes engagements, including board meetings, investor updates, and key partnership discussions by creating briefings, decks, and managing prep sessions.
  • Act as a key liaison between the CEO and external stakeholders, ensuring a professional, prompt, and positive experience for all parties involved.
  • Amplify the CEO’s voice and vision by co-creating content and managing their professional brand on platforms like LinkedIn.

3. Building a Foundation for Scale

  • Proactively identify and eliminate operational bottlenecks, constantly looking for ways to improve processes and systems within the executive office and beyond.
  • Draft and manage internal communications on behalf of the CEO, ensuring the team is informed, inspired, and aligned with our mission.

**The Profile: What You'll Bring to the Table**

  • A High-Performance Track Record: You have 4+ years of experience in executive support, project management, marketing operations, or a similar operational role where you have consistently performed in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
  • Radical Adaptability: You don’t just tolerate change; you excel in it. When priorities shift on a dime, you stay focused, reorganize your game plan, and execute without missing a beat. You possess a natural ability to bring clarity and structure to complex and dynamic situations.
  • Unflappable Composure and Poise: You possess a remarkable ability to maintain your composure in high-pressure situations. You thrive in a high-intensity, direct-feedback environment and are not easily rattled. You view strong personalities and vigorous debate as part of the process of building something great.
  • Mission-First Mindset: You possess a low ego and a high degree of ownership. Your focus is on the success of the mission. You understand that your primary role is to be a force multiplier for the CEO, and you derive immense satisfaction from enabling the team to win.
  • Diplomatic & Influential Communication: You communicate with precision, clarity, and tact. You are an exceptional listener who knows when to absorb information, when to ask clarifying questions, and how to push back respectfully to achieve the best outcome.
  • Tech-Forward & Resourceful: You are fluent in the modern productivity toolkit (GSuite, Slack, Notion, etc.) and are a master of using technology to create leverage and efficiency.
  • Bonus Points: You have experience in a fast-paced startup or have directly supported a founder or C-suite executive before.

**Why You’ll Love Building with Us:**

  • Unrivaled Access: This is a real-world MBA in entrepreneurship. You’ll have a seat at the table for leadership, strategy, and the unvarnished reality of scaling a business.
  • A Proven Launchpad: We don’t just hire, we build careers. The promotional track record from this very role is proof that we invest in and accelerate our top performers.
  • Tangible Impact: Your work will directly fuel our mission to solve a critical bottleneck in healthcare and build an iconic company.
  • The Culture & Benefits: Join a team of smart, hungry, and passionate operators. We offer a competitive salary, hybrid work, unlimited PTO, 401k with match, and comprehensive benefits.
