Role and Responsibilities

As an Executive Assistant supporting the CEO at an innovative tech startup, your primary role will be to enable the executive team to operate at peak productivity. You will act as a strategic partner, managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings, and ensuring seamless communication across internal teams and external stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Proactively anticipating the CEO's needs and managing day-to-day executive operations.
  • Organizing and prioritizing demanding workloads, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and special projects.
  • Facilitating communication by drafting correspondence, preparing presentations, and managing confidential information with utmost discretion.
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives forward and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Handling expense reporting and other productivity processes with a high level of accuracy.
  • Adapting to last-minute changes and working efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced startup environment.

Candidate Profile And Required Skills

We are searching for a seasoned Executive Assistant who brings a blend of experience, emotional intelligence, and strategic thinking to their role. The ideal candidate has at least 6 years of professional experience post-college, including a minimum of 2 years serving as an Executive Assistant to a CEO or senior executive within a tech startup or venture capital environment.
