THE GIST:

Our client, an innovative AI company, seeks an expert Executive Assistant to support their CEO. This front-facing role will act as a strategic & trusted partner to the CEO and will interact with very impressive and high-level stakeholders. The ideal candidate has experience supporting c-level leadership at a hypergrowth & fast moving startup and/or tech company.

THE NITTY GRITTY:

  • Act as an extension of the CEO & company with professionalism & polish
  • Manage email inbox and respond to internal & external communications with a sense of urgency & professionalism
  • Arrange travel and prepare itineraries
  • Expertly prioritize CEO's time, oversee calendar management, organize meetings, and address scheduling conflicts
  • Arrange investor meetings and coordinate logistics
  • Prepare presentations and meeting materials
  • Plan company events, offsites, and meetings
  • Track and process expenses
  • Assist with various tasks and projects, as needed

THE ESSENTIALS:

  • 10+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant
  • 5+ years of c-level support experience at a startup and/or fast-growing tech company
  • Must have experience with executive inbox management
  • Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a high-growth environment
  • Responsive nature and ability to work outside normal business hours as needed
  • Strategic & process-oriented mindset
  • Clear & concise communication style
  • Superb organizational skills
  • Adaptable nature and ability to shift priorities as needed
