Lupe Martinez - State Farm Agent is seeking a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member to join our office in Texas. You will handle front-desk duties, manage calendars, and support daily operations to boost productivity.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of administrative experience, preferably in insurance, strong customer service, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software. Bilingual abilities are a plus.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience as an executive or administrative assistant, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; preference given to bilingual candidates.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfortable with CRM software.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and team members.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the insurance agent, including managing schedules, appointments, and communications.
• Perform personal assistant tasks and errands as needed to support the insurance agent and office team members in daily activities.
• Prepare and organize documents for client meetings, presentations, and reports.
• Handle incoming calls and inquiries, ensuring excellent customer service and timely follow-up to enhance client satisfaction.
• Generate comprehensive reports for the office on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to track performance and client interactions.
• Manage office tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
