Human Resource Manager at Rotair Aerospace Corporation

Rotair Aerospace Corporation is an Aircraft Parts Manufacturer located in Bridgeport, CT who is looking for an employee with extensive administrative and office experience to support a senior executive. This is not a remote position.

This position provides administrative support including, but not limited to:

  • Prepare correspondence, memos, detailed spreadsheets, word documents, proposals with attachments & exhibits, etc.
  • Manage calendars and meeting schedules
  • Coordinate Company Expos and social events, both onsite and off
  • Interface with company's ERP system

This position requires a thorough familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 suite. Candidate must be well organized, reliable, have a strict attention to detail, and the ability to handle and complete multiple tasks on deadline in a high tempo environment. Minimum requirement of 2-3 years Executive Support as well as the ability to create and update Excel spreadsheets.

This is a full-time position with overtime when needed.

In-Office hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Candidate must be a US Citizen or authorized to work in the U.S.

Candidates must pass our online pre-employment assessments and will be required to submit to a background check as well as pass a drug test.

Candidates must be local to Bridgeport, CT, willing to commute to Bridgeport, CT or expecting to move to the area in the very near future.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
