Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the revenue leadership team. You’ll manage calendars, coordinate across time zones, and own day-to-day admin tasks that keep leadership focused on high-impact work.

You’ll prepare executives for meetings with context, pre-reads, and decisions, triage inboxes, draft correspondence, and drive discreet projects like board logistics and offsite planning. A proactive, high-trust partner is essential.
