What You'll Do
- Partner closely with our leadership team to optimize daily workflows, calendars, and communications
- Prepare meeting agendas, take clear action-oriented notes, and manage follow-ups
- Coordinate internal and external meetings with precision and professionalism
- Build and refine systems for information flow, documentation, and task tracking
- Support company-wide operations and culture initiatives with creativity and care
- Anticipate needs and act proactively to remove friction from high-leverage workflows
About You

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify, formulate, and implement innovative AI-based solutions in different settings.
- A curious and innovative mindset, with a passion for continuous learning and staying up-to-date with the latest research and trends in AI.
