Executive Assistant / Researcher – Absentia Labs, Inc.

Location : Remote | Team : Operations | Type : Internship

What You'll Do

• Partner closely with our leadership team to optimize daily workflows, calendars, and communications
• Prepare meeting agendas, take clear action-oriented notes, and manage follow-ups
• Coordinate internal and external meetings with precision and professionalism
• Build and refine systems for information flow, documentation, and task tracking
• Support company-wide operations and culture initiatives with creativity and care
• Anticipate needs and act proactively to remove friction from high-leverage workflows
