In this role, you will provide high-level support to the CEO and C‑suite team, facilitating seamless coordination of schedules, meetings, and communications. Accountabilities
  • Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents, attending to logistics, capturing meeting minutes, and following up on assigned action items.
  • Keep the CEO apprised of time‑sensitive issues and help ensure appropriate follow‑up.
  • Complete a variety of special projects, including preparing presentations, reports, and agenda material.
  • Respond to and help prioritize meeting invitations, phone calls, messages, and other communications.
  • Prepare, reconcile, and submit expense reports.
  • Main duties include maintaining confidentiality by managing sensitive records and documents for executives.
  • Plan, organize, and execute company events and meetings.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field (preferred).
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience supporting a senior executive or team in a fast‑paced environment.
