Prepare,reconcile,andtrackexecutiveexpensereportswithaccuracyandtimeliness
Developandedithigh-impactPowerPointpresentationsandexecutive-leveldocuments
Collaboratewiththeon-siteOfficeAssistanttoensureanefficient,well-runofficeenvironment
Supportonboardingandworkstationsetupinpartnershipwithfacilitiesandvendors
Proactivelyhandleofficevendorrelationshipsandday-to-dayoperationalneeds
Qualifications :
Minimumof 3yearsofexperiencesupportingsenior-levelexecutivesinfast-paced,high-visibilityenvironments
AdvancedproficiencyinMicrosoftExcel (includingVLOOKUP,pivottables,anddataanalysis),alongwithstrongskillsinWordandPowerPoint
ComfortableusingcollaborationtoolssuchasMicrosoftTeams,Zoom,andSharePoint
Impeccableorganizationalskills,discretion,andsoundjudgment
Excellentwrittenandverbalcommunicationabilities,withastrongfocusonfollow-through
