Job summary

Hunt Electric is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the Project Delivery leadership team in Eagan, Minnesota. The role requires exceptional organization, discreet handling of information, and proactive coordination of schedules and meetings.

You will prepare meeting materials, manage calendars, coordinate internal and external meetings, process expenses, and assist with reporting and record keeping in a fast-paced office environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of proven similar experience directly assisting executive level teams.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products, intermediate in Excel.
• Display a high level of confidentiality in all business matters.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
• Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong phone contact handling and active listening skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment with heavy workload.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively while staying organized.
• Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changes in priorities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain annual subscriptions.
• Schedule and maintain training schedule for teams.
• Collect and communicate monthly financial reports and metrics.
• Organize, maintain and retrieve corporate record files and reports.
• Answer, filter and direct phone calls and visitors as necessary.
• Open, sort, prioritize and distribute incoming mail, faxes, emails and other correspondence.
• Track and provide feedback and recommendations on organizational continuous improvement efforts.

Pay Range:

$66,560.00 - $92,160.00

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
