  • Book travel and hotels, arrange visas as needed, and create complex itineraries.
  • Liaise with teams globally to support cross‑functional relationships.
  • Collaborate with Condé Nast PAs/TAs and the wider business.

Overview / Purpose

Condé Nast is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the Audience Experience, Data and Revenue Product and Engineering Leaders in the US. This is a varied position, requiring initiative, diplomacy, adaptability, discretion, and an understanding of different cultures. Strong interpersonal skills and relationship management skills are essential. Exceptional organisational skills and a keen eye for detail are a must, along with a can‑do attitude, willingness to learn, and a calm/level‑headed manner.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Extensive diary management for two SVPs (SVP of Audience Experience Product and Design, SVP of Revenue Product, and VP of Data Engineering) based in the US, including liaison with a wide range of stakeholders and external partners.
  • Assisting in the creation of presentation materials.
  • Pro‑active initiative and confidence to work independently.
  • Facilitate scheduling business meetings, preparation and circulation of agendas, pre‑reads and meeting minutes, and action follow‑up as required.
  • Book all travel and hotels, ensuring appropriate visas are obtained and preparing complex travel itineraries for corporate and leisure.
  • Liaise with teams globally, supporting effective relationships across a global department.
  • Work closely with the PA’s and TA’s at Condé Nast and the wider business.
Essential Skills & Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience supporting executive leadership.
  • Curiosity and experience in using AI to drive efficiency and streamline processes and workflows.
  • Interest in Product, Design and Engineering disciplines and a love for the company’s brands.
  • Intermediate to advanced GSuite and presentation design skills.
  • Extremely organized with exceptional time‑management skills and ability to prioritise efficiently.
  • High attention to detail, multi‑tasking and responding to requests quickly.
  • Confident and able to communicate with staff at different levels and across departments internationally.
  • Excellent grammar, spelling, drafting, writing and proof‑reading ability.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal and relationship management skills.
  • Experience working in an international environment and building solid working relationships with teams across different countries, time zones and cultures.
  • Cross‑cultural understanding and ability to coordinate information and tasks timely across time zones.
  • A friendly, personable, productive and patient manner.

The expected base salary range for this position is from $80,000–100,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including but not limited to relevant skills, training, experience, and education.
