Responsibilities
  • Co-ordinate recruiting tasks such as interview travel and reimbursements
  • Co-ordinate site visits for sales reps
  • Assist with procurement related tasks such as purchasing merchandise, furniture, office supplies
  • Assist various team members with scheduling
  • Help onboard new hires
  • Take on occasional support work for customer pertaining to billing, invoicing, account upgrades etc.
Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in an executive assistant or operations role
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency with scheduling tools and office productivity software
  • Experience with procurement processes and vendor management
