Job summary

Corient is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support multiple C-suite executives in our Miami office. You will manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and oversee travel and hospitality with impeccable discretion.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of high-level support, superb written and verbal communication, and a passion for service. Local to Miami, you’ll partner with the Executive Assistant team to ensure seamless coverage and professional, confidential operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex and constantly evolving executive calendars with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring all logistics are executed flawlessly.
  • Arrange meals, catering, and hospitality while accommodating dietary restrictions and preferences.
  • Oversee office-related logistics and executive support functions.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements as needed.
  • Assist with special events, meetings, and executive initiatives.
  • Anticipate and resolve scheduling conflicts before they become issues.
  • Exercise sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Partner closely with the Executive Assistant team to ensure seamless coverage and support.
  • Maintain a high standard of professionalism, organization, and responsiveness in all interactions.

  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.

  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and related workplace technologies.
  • Local to the Miami area and able to commute to Brickell regularly.
  • A genuine passion for service and hospitality.

Physical Requirements
  • This position requires the physical capabilities to work in an office environment, which may include prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Corient seeks to make reasonable accommodations that enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential duties when possible.
  • This position may require the ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
  • This position is required to work onsite 4 days per week.
U.S. Eligibility Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.

Exceptions to these requirements will be determined based on shortage of qualified candidates with a particular skill. Corient will require proof of work authorization.
