Summary

Boutique financial advisory firm is seeking an Executive Assistant/Office Manager to join their growing team. Support Practice Line Leaders and Managing Directors with calendar management, domestic travel, and expenses with Concur. Will work on company CRM to input data, assist with invoicing, and support new hire onboarding. Assist with day to day running of the office including greeting visitors, ordering/stocking supplies, ordering/setting up catering for meetings, liaising with building management, and troubleshooting/maintenance of office technology. Help plan office events including summer retreat and holiday party. Assist with any other ad-hoc projects as needed. Role is in office Monday-Thursday, work from home on Friday.

Qualifications

Ideal candidate will have Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of Executive Assistant and/or Office Manager experience in finance, consulting, or professional services required. Candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills along with strong technical skills (Microsoft Office). Experience with Concur and/or Intapp preferred. Must possess high level of professionalism and be able to interact with senior executives, team members and external partners. Should be able to work in a small/collaborative environment with ever changing priorities. Willingness to roll up sleeves and take on additional work as requested.

Compensation: $100-115K plus Bonus & Fully Paid for Benefits
