Description

WW Amazon Stores Finance organization is seeking a strategic and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Vice President of North America Operations Finance. This high-impact role requires someone who can operate as a seamless extension of the VP while driving organizational effectiveness and building strong partnerships across the business. You will demonstrate strong business judgment, maintain composure under pressure, and build trust through consistent delivery of results. This role requires someone who can work independently while maintaining appropriate engagement with stakeholders at all levels.

You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating exceptional judgment in handling complex situations and confidential matters. This role requires someone who can anticipate needs, identify potential issues before they arise, and independently drive solutions that benefit the broader organization.

This position is based in Bellevue, Washington and requires regular in-office presence five (5) days a week.

Key job responsibilities

  • Provide sophisticated calendar management, demonstrating strong business acumen in making strategic trade-offs and prioritization decisions
  • Drive and optimize critical business processes, including Amazon’s annual planning (OP1/OP2), quarterly business reviews, and strategic planning sessions
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of key initiatives and deliverables
  • Prepare and curate executive communications and presentations with minimal guidance
  • Lead complex event planning including off-sites, town halls, and team events
  • Mentor other EAs and help drive best practices across the EA community
  • Manage confidential matters with the highest level of discretion
  • Proactively identify and implement process improvements that benefit multiple teams

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of senior level leadership support, or 3+ years of Amazon experience
  • High school or equivalent diploma
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex calendars and executive operations

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
