Works under minimal direction to assist administrative executive (Assoc VP and above), department chairman, or dean with interpreting and implementing university-wide policies and provide support in managing department, which involves high degree of initiative and independent judgment.

Associate's Degree in business administration or related field.
8 years of progressively responsible business or administrative experience in university medical center, governmental environment, or equivalent.
