Ameriprise Financial is seeking an Executive Assistant & Marketing Specialist to support daily office operations and client services within a growing wealth management practice. You will help coordinate marketing activities, events, and community engagement while maintaining professional client interactions.

The role requires strong organization, multitasking, and communication skills, with experience in CRM and event coordination, supporting a collaborative team and a client-centric approach.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in administration, executive support, marketing, client service, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Experience with CRM systems and event coordination preferred.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Provide reception coverage and serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
  • Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and event logistics.
  • Assist with client paperwork, service requests, and follow-up items.
  • Process mail, deposits, checks, and outgoing correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate client records, CRM notes, and workflow documentation.
  • Coordinate office supplies, vendor relationships, and facility needs.
  • Support special projects and business initiatives as needed.
  • Coordinate client appreciation events, sponsorships, charitable initiatives, and community involvement activities.
  • Manage event logistics, invitations, vendor coordination, and follow-up communications.
  • Assist with website updates, marketing materials, and social media content.
