Your Responsibilities

• Administrative and Organizational Support for the Sales Team
• Coordination and Planning of Appointments, Meetings, and Travel
• Creation and Preparation of Presentations, Reports, and Sales Documents
• Maintenance and Management of Customer Master Data in the CRM System
• Preparation and Follow-Up of Client Appointments
• Proactive Support for Executive Management in Daily Operations
• Preparation and Documentation of Executive Management Meetings
• Handling Incoming Correspondence and Inquiries
• Creation of Decision-Making Proposals and Reports

Your Qualifications

• You hold a degree in (business) economics or have completed commercial training with a focus on sales and have gained initial practical experience.
• You are passionate about sales and interested in software solutions and business processes.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
• Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational skills and a structured approach to work.
• Strong communication skills and team player.
• High level of service orientation and resilience.

Your Onboarding Process

In the first few weeks, we will provide you with both technical know-how and methodologies to help you develop into an SAP Security Consultant. Through intensive training, we will teach you the fundamental knowledge required in SAP Security and Project Management.

You will then accompany our experienced SAP Consultants to national and international clients across various industries, supporting them with their on-site projects. This will allow you to gain initial practical experience, gradually take on responsibilities, and benefit from the extensive expertise of your colleagues.
