Candidates located in Salt Lake City are preferred for occasional in-person meetings, but remote applicants are also welcome. Location : Remote (Preference for Salt Lake City, UT)
Pay : $38-$40 / hour
Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM-5 : 00 PM MST (flexibility required)
Duration : 12 weeks (maternity leave coverage)

Position Summary

This role will support five senior leaders, including the Chief Medical Officer and several Vice Presidents. The ideal candidate will have experience juggling multiple priorities, managing complex calendars, coordinating high-stakes meetings, and handling confidential information with discretion.
This is a remote role; however, candidates located in the Salt Lake City area are preferred to assist with occasional in-person meetings. Candidates in other locations will still be considered based on experience and availability.
