The Executive Assistant I provides comprehensive administrative support to executive leaders, ensuring efficient operations through effective scheduling, communication, and document management. All job responsibilities are to be carried out in alignment with Kettering Health's mission, vision, values, and B Safe program.High school diploma or equivalent.Minimum of 3-5 years of administrative support experience, preferably in a healthcare or executive setting.None required.

Preferred Qualifications

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field. Experience supporting senior-level executives or C-suite leaders. Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) or similar credential.
