Your New Role…

To provide administrative support to two Directors of Business Affairs.

Your Role Accountabilities…

  • Prepares and formats contracts and documents such as reports, correspondence and expense reports for distribution.

  • Answers telephones, screens, logs, and places calls.

  • Schedules appointments, meetings, etc.

  • Maintains and organizes a filing system.

  • Maintains and follows-up on time sensitive tasks.

  • Creates weekly status reports.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience…

Work Experience

  • Previous assistant experience in a fast-paced environment required.

  • Familiarity with Business Affairs or Legal Affairs, and television and/or feature film contracts

  • Experience with confidential/sensitive information required.

Education, Professional Training, Technical Training or Certification

  • BA/BS required

Knowledge/Skills

  • Typing: 60 wpm

  • Knowledge of Windows, Excel, and Microsoft Word required.

  • Knowledge of report and letter format.

  • Excellent attention to detail is required

  • Strong organizational skills required and ability to manage tasks to ensure all deadlines are met

  • Familiarity with television industry required.

  • Strong writing and proofreading skills required.

  • Must be able to take initiative.

Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $42,224.00 - $78,416.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
