Concord Hospital is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders. The role involves managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings and travel, and preparing detailed documents and presentations with strict confidentiality.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of post-high school education, proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, and the ability to work independently within a team.
The Executive Assistant performs a variety of complex and confidential administrative support duties for various senior managers as assigned, and serves as an integral member of the senior management team. Works on assignments that are sensitive in nature and has high-level contacts inside and outside the Hospital. Provides comprehensive administrative support for senior managers, in the development, implementation, and management of programs and policies for departments and committees. Develops, implements, and maintains sound office practices and procedures.
Two years of formal training or education beyond the high school level (e.g., Associates Degree).
