Job summary

Concord Hospital is seeking a front desk/ambassador to greet, screen, and guide patients, visitors and staff. You will provide way finding assistance and act as an informational resource to internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced hospital environment.

The role requires high school completion and one year of customer service experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is expected, with a focus on delivering courteous, professional service.

• Assist as needed with mobility and transport within the hospital (e.g., pushing wheelchairs).
• Serve as an informational resource and participate in department and division activities.

Screens all patients, visitors and staff entering the building as appropriate and directed by Administration. Provides way finding assistance for patients, visitors, vendors, or staff, either in person or on the telephone. May push patients in wheel chairs to their destination within the hospital. Acts as an informational resource to patients, visitors, vendors, and staff either in person, telephone, or via e-mail. Supports the department's special programs and initiatives. Participates and engages in department and division activities.
