Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred (outside/inside/retail/telemarketing).
• Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
• Passion for insurance and financial products to help people manage risks.
• People-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Self-motivated, detail oriented and proactive in problem solving.
• Licenses: Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses; must be able to obtain.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
