Base pay range

$30.00/yr - $38.00/yr

Our client, a global financial services firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their team in New York. The firm is recognized for its long‑standing commitment to excellence, integrity, and innovation, providing financial advice and investment solutions to businesses and governments worldwide. With an extensive global network of key decision‑maker relationships across industries and institutions, this is an excellent opportunity to join a highly reputable team. This is a temp‑to‑perm role!

Job Function

  • Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and organize conference calls.
  • Prepare and process expense reports.
  • Maintain Outlook, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
  • Assist with ad‑hoc projects and special requests as needed.
  • Answer phones and provide phone coverage when required.
  • Support manager and prospective manager meetings, including scheduling and planning.

Job Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in administrative support.
  • MS Office experience required, specifically MS Outlook and MS Excel.
  • SAP Concur experience required.
