Job Overview – Executive Assistant (Family Office & Board Support):
Compensation: $100,000 – $125,000/year
Location: New York, NY
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)


Atlantic Group is hiring an Executive Assistant (Family Office & Board Support) for our client in New York, NY (Hybrid). In this high-level role, you’ll support the Principals of a prominent family office across complex scheduling, travel, board coordination, and both executive and personal matters. Ideal for experienced EAs with a background supporting C-level executives or founders and a strong understanding of discretion in high-net-worth environments.

Responsibilities as the Executive Assistant:
  • Executive & Board Support: Manage calendars, priorities, and communications for Principals and Board Members while coordinating meetings, agendas, and governance materials.
  • Travel & Logistics: Plan detailed domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, dining, and full itineraries.
  • Correspondence & Documentation: Draft and manage internal and external communications, reports, presentations, and board records.
  • Personal Assistance: Support personal appointments, philanthropic tracking, and family-related logistics with discretion.
  • Liaison & Coordination: Serve as a key contact between Principals, board members, advisors, and vendors to ensure seamless operations.
  • Projects & Office Operations: Oversee special projects, conduct research, manage expenses, and uphold organizational systems with confidentiality.
Qualifications for the Executive Assistant:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degreein Business Administration, Communications, or a related field required.
  • Experience:7+ years supporting senior executives, with direct experience supporting a CEO, Founder, or Family Principal, including personal assistant responsibilities.
  • Industry Knowledge: Background in real estate, finance, private equity, or family office environments strongly preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital tools such as Zoom, Slack, and cloud-based file systems.
  • Skills & Attributes:Exceptional communication, sound judgment, and discretion, with strong multitasking, time management, and adaptability in fast-paced settings.
