Base pay range

$100,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr

This position supports the legal department in managing corporate governance and administrative functions, including board meeting preparation, document execution, and maintaining corporate records. The role combines high-level organizational support with hands-on responsibility in legal and compliance operations.

Description

  • Administer board book portals and coordinate materials for board and committee meetings
  • Maintain corporate records and prepare official documentation, including minutes and questionnaires
  • Handle department invoice processing, budgeting support, and project tracking
  • Manage legal document execution through DocuSign and physical channels
  • Support travel arrangements and general administrative tasks for the legal team

Profile

  • 5 to 7+ years of experience in a legal or corporate administrative support role
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and use sound judgment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Word and PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with tools like board portals, DocuSign, and Basware (or similar) preferred
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational, writing, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and collaborative team playerAble to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
