Job description

Greater Philadelphia, United States | Posted on 09/17/2026

212° Titans was founded on a simple truth: one extra degree is the difference between ordinary and extraordinary. In an industry where most firms compete on volume, we compete on precision, relationships, and transformational outcomes.

We invest the additional effort to understand the deeper strategic needs of our clients, the true capabilities of our candidates, and the cultural dynamics that determine long-term success. That’s not a tagline — it’s how we operate every single day.

Job Description
Executive Assistant to Chief People Officer

Greater Philadelphia Area | Hybrid

Annualized Compensation: Approximately $90,000–$100,000

The Opportunity

212° is partnering with a global, innovation-driven organization to identify an experienced Executive Assistant who will provide high-level support to the company's Chief People Officer and, at times, other members of the HR leadership team.

This is an opportunity for an accomplished Executive Assistant who thrives as a true partner to senior leadership—not simply managing a calendar, but anticipating needs, navigating competing priorities, exercising sound judgment, and helping an executive operate effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.

The ideal candidate brings significant experience supporting C-suite or senior executives, exceptional organizational skills, strong technology fluency, and the discretion required to handle highly confidential matters. Previous experience supporting an HR/People function or another corporate function is strongly preferred.

What You'll Do
  • Provide strategic, highly confidential administrative support to a Chief People Officer and HR leadership
  • Own a complex, frequently changing executive calendar, proactively prioritizing meetings, resolving conflicts, and coordinating across multiple time zones
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel from end to end, including itineraries, accommodations, transportation, documentation, and last-minute changes
  • Prepare and reconcile expense reports with accuracy and timeliness
  • Develop and polish executive-level PowerPoint presentations, meeting materials, business updates, agendas, talking points, and written communications
  • Coordinate leadership meetings, offsites, employee events, and other key initiatives from preparation through follow-up
  • Partner with other Executive Assistants and cross-functional teams on leadership meetings and company-wide activities
  • Support special projects requiring strong organization, communication, and follow-through
  • Assist with employee communications, HR marketing, and related content as needed
  • Support administrative processing related to benefits invoices and vendor documentation
  • Serve as a polished and responsive point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Handle occasional personal scheduling and appointments for the executive
  • Leverage Microsoft 365, collaboration platforms, AI-enabled productivity tools, and other technology to improve efficiency and executive productivity

These responsibilities closely reflect the scope outlined in the formal JD, including its emphasis on independent judgment and acting proactively on behalf of the CPO.

What We're Looking For
  • 8+ years of progressive Executive Assistant or senior administrative experience
  • Demonstrated experience directly supporting a C-suite or senior-level executive
  • Proven ability to manage complex executive calendars, competing priorities, and shifting demands
  • Significant domestic and international travel coordination experience
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams
  • Particularly strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to create polished executive-facing materials
  • High level of technology aptitude and ability to quickly learn new tools and systems
  • Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong business judgment, discretion, initiative, and professionalism
  • Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information
  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience strongly preferred
  • Experience supporting Human Resources, People, Communications, Information Systems, or another corporate function strongly preferred
  • Experience with tools such as Concur, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Adobe Acrobat, Workday, or similar enterprise systems is a plus
  • Exposure to employee communications, HR marketing, social media, or AI-enabled productivity tools is a plus
Schedule & Location

This position follows a hybrid schedule in the Greater Philadelphia Area, with an expected combination of onsite and remote work each week.

Candidates should be comfortable supporting a senior executive in a dynamic environment where flexibility, responsiveness, and the ability to adjust to changing priorities are important.

Why Consider This Opportunity?

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership within a global, sophisticated organization, while taking ownership of work that extends well beyond traditional administrative support. The successful candidate will have visibility across the People function, collaborate with senior stakeholders, contribute to executive communications and projects, and serve as a trusted partner to a C-suite leader.
