Greater Philadelphia Area | Hybrid
Annualized Compensation: Approximately $90,000–$100,000
212° is partnering with a global, innovation-driven organization to identify an experienced Executive Assistant who will provide high-level support to the company's Chief People Officer and, at times, other members of the HR leadership team.
This is an opportunity for an accomplished Executive Assistant who thrives as a true partner to senior leadership—not simply managing a calendar, but anticipating needs, navigating competing priorities, exercising sound judgment, and helping an executive operate effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.
The ideal candidate brings significant experience supporting C-suite or senior executives, exceptional organizational skills, strong technology fluency, and the discretion required to handle highly confidential matters. Previous experience supporting an HR/People function or another corporate function is strongly preferred.
These responsibilities closely reflect the scope outlined in the formal JD, including its emphasis on independent judgment and acting proactively on behalf of the CPO.
This position follows a hybrid schedule in the Greater Philadelphia Area, with an expected combination of onsite and remote work each week.
Candidates should be comfortable supporting a senior executive in a dynamic environment where flexibility, responsiveness, and the ability to adjust to changing priorities are important.
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership within a global, sophisticated organization, while taking ownership of work that extends well beyond traditional administrative support. The successful candidate will have visibility across the People function, collaborate with senior stakeholders, contribute to executive communications and projects, and serve as a trusted partner to a C-suite leader.
