Swope Health is looking for an Executive Assistant to provide direct administrative support to the President/CEO. The role includes executing tasks in a professional manner while managing a degree of confidential information.
Successful candidates will have strong organizational skills, experience in office management software, and a Bachelor’s degree preferred. The position encompasses calendar management, communication with other executives, and support for the Senior Leadership Team.

As the Executive Assistant for Swope Health, you will provide direct administrative support to the President/CEO. The Executive Assistant ensures the office and administrative functions associated with the office of the CEO are run efficiently and effectively. The Executive Assistant also provides support to the Chief Financial Officer and the Senior Leadership Team as needed.
