Job summary

Amazon Fulfillment Technologies is seeking an exceptionally driven Executive Assistant to support two directors in Bellevue, WA. This role requires five days in-office per week, tight deadlines, and the ability to manage calendars, travel, and complex projects with discretion.

You will partner with leaders and other EAs, handle confidential information, and help optimize team processes while adapting to shifting priorities in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of senior level leadership support, or 3+ years of Amazon experience.
  • High school or equivalent diploma.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
  • Experience with executive level calendar management.
  • Experience with domestic or international travel coordination.
  • Experience handling administrative details independently, while exercising good judgment in keeping team members adequately informed.
  • Experience leading process improvements.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company.
  • Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency.
  • Experience with work space planning/management.
  • Experience working with large global teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars and scheduling to support teams in multiple locations and time zones
  • Plan and manage executive domestic and international travel
  • Manage timely expense report coordination and submission
  • Organize, execute, and assist with team activities (staff meeting agendas, all-team meetings, off-sites, and team social events)
  • Track and ensure the completion of key deliverables, and follow up on incomplete/overdue items
  • Act as a liaison for direct reports
  • Work closely with the leadership team and other Executive Assistants to provide support to the organization
  • Manage space including moves, seat assignments, space audits and reconfiguration
  • Help to develop and maintain new mechanisms within the team
  • Exercise high judgment and decision-making in an ambiguous environment
  • Demonstrate excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills

We are looking for an exceptionally driven, resourceful and self‑motivated Executive Assistant to join our Amazon Fulfillment Technologies team to support two directors. This exciting role requires superior attention to detail, great organization and prioritization skills, the ability to plan ahead and meet tight deadlines, all while juggling multiple requests.

A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, and professionalism in dealing with leaders and key stakeholders is essential, as is the ability to be flexible and change direction seamlessly. The successful candidate will possess the ability to complete complex tasks and projects quickly with little guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require quick turnaround, and be eager to take on varied projects and learn new skills.

This role requires five (5) days a week in office in Bellevue, WA.

Key job responsibilities

About the team Amazon Fulfillment Technologies (AFT) designs, develops and operates the end‑to‑end fulfillment technology for all Amazon Fulfillment Centers (FC), from large automated Amazon Robotics fulfillment centers to micro/pop‑up nodes worldwide. AFT owns network infrastructure and devices in all building types including Sort Centers and Last Mile sites, and owns labor planning scheduling technology that is leveraged by FCs. AFT is responsible for enabling new building types, processes and building formats, selection types and integrating new robotic work cells into operations. Our systems support in‑building operations needed to enable a wide spectrum of customer experience from multi‑day shipping all the way to customer pick‑up.

Basic Qualifications

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
