The role includes maintaining calendars, making travel arrangements, coordinating internal and external meetings, compiling meeting agendas and prep materials and ensuring strong internal communication. The Executive Assistant reports to Vice President, Executive Engagement and collaborates frequently with internal colleagues and external stakeholders.
