Job summary

A dynamic real estate firm in the United States is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide analytical and strategic support throughout the property purchase process. Qualifications

• Full weekend availability with 2 days off on weekdays.
• C1-C2 English level is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in bilingual sales, business development or commercial data analysis.
• Experience with CRM platforms is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with data analysis and AI platforms is a plus.

We are looking for our next Executive Assistants, who will provide an analytical and strategic outlook throughout the entirety of the purchase process of our properties, while directly assisting our real estate agents.

Responsibilities

• Implement innovative, data-analysis based commercial strategies and communication skills to interact with clients.
• Clients and Realtors tour agenda management.
• Generate personalized reports based on critical analysis of our CRM database, and use them to develop strategies for effective client follow-up and achieving sales.
• Post-sale customer service.

Requirements

• Full weekend availability (2 days off on weekdays).
• C1-C2 English level.
• Bilingual sales, business development, or commercial data analysis (+3 years).
• Previous experience handling CRM platforms is highly desirable.
• Previous experience using data analysis and AI platforms is desirable.
