Job Description

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Chief Legal Officer (CLO) and Chief People Officer (CPO). This role will play a critical part in ensuring their office runs smoothly, priorities stay on track, and time is optimised across a fast-paced and highly visible function.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendar scheduling across multiple time zones, ensuring time is aligned to business priorities.
  • Handle inbox triage and communications as needed.
  • Coordinate travel logistics, including international flights, accommodations, and expense reconciliation.
  • Anticipate executive needs and proactively solve scheduling or communication bottlenecks.
  • Maintain high discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Attend meetings, prepare agendas, capture discussion outcomes, and track action items and follow-ups as needed.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders on behalf of the leaders to move priorities forward.
  • Coordinate logistics with external parties, including vendors, partners, auditors, and board members as needed.
  • Facilitate communication and alignment across the CFO, CLO, and CPO, ensuring priorities are coordinated and follow-through is consistent.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably in a high-growth, fast-paced tech or SaaS environment.
  • Strong calendar, time management, and prioritisation skills, you thrive in organised chaos.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; you know how to write clear, concise, and professional emails.
  • High discretion and integrity — you’ll be handling sensitive information daily.
  • Confidence in coordinating across levels — from executive leaders to internal stakeholders across teams.
  • Comfort with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, ClickUp, and Ramp.
