A Fortune 500 company is seeking a highly motivated and customer obsessed Executive Assistant to support two Directors within the Devices Demand Planning organization, including the Director of Forecasting. This role requires strong organizational skills, high judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment. Responsibilities include complex calendar management and scheduling for both Directors, effectively prioritizing amidst a high volume of information and requests while ensuring the appropriate level of urgency is given. The EA will monitor and track meetings and priorities for both leaders, manage travel and expenses, and handle all administrative support functions. This role is also responsible for managing multiple tasks and action items—including documentation, follow-up, and preparation—ensuring appropriate and timely action on deliverables across both leaders.
The ideal candidate will possess the ability to complete complex tasks and projects quickly with little to no guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action without having to know the total picture. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company is essential. The successful candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills, the ability to be flexible and change direction at a moment's notice, and a proven ability to build effective working relationships across teams. The Devices Demand Planning organization works cross-functionally across multiple stakeholders; therefore, the ability to work successfully in a team environment and manage relationships across the broader organization is critical. This position requires 4+ years of experience supporting senior management (Directors, VPs) and excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office tools. At least two years of college required; bachelor's degree preferred.

The pay range that Tundra in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $31/hour - $35/hour.
