Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide superior executive and organizational support for Cloud Partner executives. You will manage calendars across global time zones, coordinate key meetings and events, and handle travel, expenses, and confidential communications to keep leadership focused on strategic priorities.

The role requires 10+ years supporting senior leaders, C-Suite experience preferred, and a BS/BA or equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative and strategic support to executives, anticipating needs and removing roadblocks.
  • Plan, organize, and manage multiple calendars across global time zones with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Organize and manage meetings, events, and team experiences, including off-sites and planning sessions.
  • Manage international travel, optimize itineraries, and negotiate vendors for cost-effectiveness.
  • Prepare and reconcile expense reports and related financial documentation.
  • Develop and maintain meeting agendas, rhythms, and internal communications for alignment.
  • Take detailed meeting minutes and ensure follow-up on commitments.
  • Curate and manage presentation content to support executive storytelling and engagement.
  • Lead or support special projects to advance organizational effectiveness.

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Executive Assistant to provide exceptional executive and organizational support for NVIDIA's Cloud Partner execs. What You'll Be Doing:

Provide high-level administrative and strategic support to NCP Executives, anticipating needs and removing roadblocks before they arise.

Plan, organize, and manage multiple calendars across global time zones with discretion, accuracy, and a dedication to confidentiality.

Organize and manage key meetings, events, and team experiences - from off-sites and celebrations to planning sessions.

Manage domestic and international travel, optimizing itineraries and vendor negotiations to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Prepare and reconcile expense reports, purchase requisitions, and related financial documentation.

Develop and maintain meeting agendas, team rhythms, and internal communications, fostering alignment across the organization.

Take detailed meeting minutes, track actions, and follow up to ensure execution on commitments.

Curate and manage presentation and communication content that supports executive storytelling and collaborator engagement.

Lead or support special projects that advance organizational effectiveness or innovation.

Collaborate closely with other administrative partners to ensure seamless operations across NVIDIA Healthcare.

What We Need to See:

10+ years of experience supporting senior executives in fast-paced, global organizations.

C-Suite Preferred.

B.S./B.A. degree or equivalent experience.

Proven track record of discretion, reliability, and proactive problem-solving in complex environments.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.

The base salary range is 112,000 USD - 178,250 USD for Level 3, and 136,000 USD - 212,750 USD for Level 4.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
