We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support the President and Chief Financial Officer. Working in close partnership with the Chief of Staff to the CFO, you will help drive organizational alignment, operational rhythm, and execution across a high-impact portfolio of work. This role offers broad exposure and requires exceptional judgment, discretion, and a strong bias for action.
This role reports to the Chief of Staff to the CFO and is based at our Santa Ana, CA headquarters. As a strategic partner, this role is expected to be on-site four days a week to enable real-time collaboration and alignment. We believe strongly in the value of in-person partnership at this level and will discuss expectations in more detail during the recruiting process.
Salary Range: The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $138,000. Actual compensation on this range varies based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including location, job level, experience, and skill set.
