Osanni Bio is a development-stage therapeutics platform, headquartered in San Francisco, California. We are creative and agile innovators, relentlessly curious about finding new ways to target the biology behind diseases with the greatest unmet need and determined to do something about it.

Who We Are

Osanni Bio is a development-stage therapeutics platform, headquartered in San Francisco, California. We are creative and agile innovators, relentlessly curious about finding new ways to target the biology behind diseases with the greatest unmet need and determined to do something about it. At the center of Osanni is its innovation engine, which is optimized for discovering new scientific insights, designing novel drug concepts, and efficiently advancing programs to a meaningful proof-of-concept. Once a program is sufficiently de-risked, it graduates into its ecosystem of affiliate companies, which are equipped with the dedicated focus, specialized talent and support necessary to scale. Osanni's architecture marries the scientific depth and operational power of a centralized platform with the speed, agility and accountability of independent companies. The result: an opportunity to create and deliver more transformative medicines. We hold patients and the physicians who care for them as our North Star. It guides our purpose, sharpens our decision-making, and defines our impact. Osanni is currently advancing programs in ophthalmology, cardiology and beyond. We are building a highly skilled team, passionate about having an impact on human health. Be part of creating an organization where people enjoy their work and their colleagues, are valued for their individuality, and can't imagine working anywhere else.

Our Values

Osanni is guided by three core values: Integrity + Impact, because we give a hoot; Agility + Accountability, so we swoop and soar; and Collaboration + Connection, to be one Osanni Flock. Together, they shape how our team shows up for patients, for each other, and for the mission.

About The Role

The Executive Assistant is a senior, highly trusted partner to Osanni's CEO, CBO, CFO, and VP Legal. They will be responsible for providing sophisticated administrative and strategic support that keeps this part of the executive office running smoothly. This Executive Assistant owns multi-executive calendaring, travel, expenses, and Board communications, serving as a trusted point of contact for leadership, employees, and external stakeholders. The role requires deep familiarity with each executive's priorities and working style, plus the judgment to make prioritization calls on their behalf. The ideal candidate combines exceptional organization with discretion and emotional intelligence, anticipating needs, communicating clearly at all levels, and thriving amid shifting priorities. As Osanni grows, this role is essential to keeping leadership focused on our mission.

This role is based in the San Francisco Bay Area and requires working on-site 3 days/week.

Calendar Management & Prioritization

  • Serve as a true partner to the CEO, CBO, CFO, and VP Legal, owning complex, multi-executive calendar management and making real prioritization calls across competing demands, informed by each executive's priorities (professional and personal), familiarity with the broader leadership team, and the needs of the business

  • Build each calendar around the executive's preferred meeting formats and rhythms, including whether a request warrants 30, 45, or 60 minutes; a call versus video versus in-person; and when travel or commute schedules can or cannot accommodate calls

  • Anticipate executive needs, proactively resolve scheduling conflicts, and remove administrative roadblocks so leaders can focus on high-priority work

  • Help executives stay ahead of meaningful dates, both business milestones and personal ones for them and their teams, flagging them with enough lead time to plan a thoughtful, timely acknowledgment

Travel & Expenses

  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics, and prepare and submit expense reports in a timely manner

Board & Stakeholder Communications

  • In partnership with the Chief Business Officer (CBO), manage Board communications and materials, including scheduling, agenda distribution, meeting space and catering logistics, and follow-up for Board of Directors and committee meetings

  • Schedule investor and business development meetings, coordinating across time zones and with external parties to ensure seamless preparation and follow-through

  • Serve as a professional point of contact between the executive team and internal employees as well as external stakeholders

Document & Administrative Support

  • Prepare, proofread, and format correspondence, presentations, and documents, ensuring accuracy and polish

  • Support the VP Legal with document management, signature routing, and tracking of contracts and corporate records

Events & Culture

  • In partnership with the Culture Team, may help organize company events, offsites, and other team gatherings

Confidentiality & Ways of Working

  • Handle highly confidential corporate, financial, legal, and personnel information with discretion and sound judgment

  • Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment, ensuring deliverables are completed accurately and on time, while performing other related duties as required

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 8+ years of experience as a senior-level Executive Assistant supporting CEO and other C-suite executives, including experience supporting multiple executives simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

  • Experience coordinating Board of Directors meetings and interacting with board members, investors, and outside counsel

  • High emotional intelligence and strong relationship-building instincts, with a demonstrated ability to earn executives' trust, understand their priorities, and act as a calm, professional “gatekeeper”

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, and DocuSign

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage complex calendars and competing priorities

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and approachable presence at all levels

  • Proven discretion and sound judgment in handling highly confidential corporate, financial, legal, and personnel information

  • Proactive, resourceful, service-oriented working style, with the flexibility to adapt as priorities shift

  • Experience in biotech, pharmaceutical, or life sciences companies strongly preferred

  • Experience in a venture-backed startup or similarly fast-paced environment a plus
