Position Summary
The Executive Assistant (EA) will play a critical role in enabling two senior leaders at Mozilla Foundation to operate at their highest level of impact. You’ll be responsible for managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings and travel, handling communications, and ensuring timely follow-through on key priorities and action items. By anticipating needs and removing friction, you will help our executives focus on what matters most.
As a strategic partner, the EA will also serve as a connective thread—identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, improve collaboration, and share insights across their portfolios. This role calls for exceptional judgment, discretion, and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage competing priorities and build strong relationships across teams and the organization.
We’re looking for someone who is proactive, highly organized, and excited by the opportunity to help shape how this role supports our leadership team. While this position will initially support two executives, as we refine and scale our leadership structure, executive pairings may shift over time.
