Job summary

Hone is seeking an operations-focused role in San Francisco to support the co-founders directly. You will triage calendars, coordinate recruiting logistics, manage office operations, and help run events and community initiatives in a fast-growing environment.

You will build lightweight systems and leverage AI tools to automate recurring work, while maintaining strong relationships with candidates, guests and partners. This is an on-site role in San Francisco.

The Role

Hone runs its own operations on engines. You’ll work directly with the co-founders and own the work that keeps them and the company moving, including deciding what a person should handle and what an engine should: founder support, recruiting coordination, company logistics, events and community, and the systems behind them.
