The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in executive support, strong communication, and the ability to handle confidential information in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, on-site position in San Diego.
Target Range: $70,304.00/Yr. - $90,000.00/Yr. Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.
Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 10%
Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 10%
These discretionary target bonuses may be awarded semi-annually based upon your achievement of performance goals and targets.

As part of the Office of the President, this role serves as the President's primary executive support while providing designated support to the Consumer & Small Business Bank senior leadership team, including calendar management, travel coordination, expense management, meeting support, departmental activity coordination, and other administrative support as business needs require.
This position serves as a trusted partner to the President, Consumer & Small Business Bank by proactively managing priorities, coordinating across senior leaders and business partners, and supporting the effective execution of key meetings, executive deliverables, and business initiatives. The Executive Assistant will have visibility into highly confidential business, personnel, financial, operational, and strategic matters and must consistently demonstrate sound judgment, professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
