Sales Xceleration Recruiting in Ringoes, NJ seeks an Executive Operations Coordinator to join a close-knit manufacturing team. This role touches information management, executive support, sales, orders, operations and process improvement, giving you visibility across the organization.
You’ll organize information flows, preserve decades of knowledge, streamline processes, and support leadership so the business runs better every day.
$65,000-$75,000 (bonus structure to total $90-95k annually)
If you're the person who naturally brings order to the day, remembers where everything lives, spots a broken process before anyone else does, and loves being the person a team can truly count on — this could be your role.
This company is looking for an Executive Operations Coordinator to become an integral part of its close-knit manufacturing business in Ringoes, NJ.
You'll work closely with company leadership while touching multiple areas of the organization — information management, executive support, sales, customer orders, operations and process improvement.
You'll have the opportunity to organize how information flows through the company, preserve decades of valuable business knowledge, improve processes and systems, support sales and operations, and ultimately make the entire organization run better.
This is a small, privately held manufacturing organization, which means you'll know the people you're working with and your contribution won't disappear inside a huge corporate structure.
This is one of the most important parts of the position.
You'll help bring structure to years of valuable company information and make sure employees can actually find what they need when they need it.
You'll become a trusted partner to company leadership and help protect their time by staying ahead of the details.
That can include managing and screening calendars, email, meetings, travel, access and routine matters; handling confidential information with discretion; keeping priorities moving; and knowing what you can solve independently versus what needs executive attention.
You like being the person who knows what's going on.
You're organized without being rigid. You're tech-savvy without needing to work in IT. You enjoy improving things, but you don't walk into an established business assuming everything needs to be changed.
You can work with the CEO in the morning, help untangle an order issue later, organize information in SharePoint that afternoon, and notice a process that could work better along the way. Most importantly, you like being needed, trusted and part of the business.
If you're an experienced administrative or operations professional who loves creating organization, improving processes, supporting leadership and becoming the person a business relies on, we'd love to hear from you.
